Sound Management (Environmental Law) Law and Legal Definition
In the context of environmental law, sound management means to take all practicable steps to ensure that the overall management takes place in such a manner that protects human health and the environment against the adverse effects of activities, processes, products or substances. Or the term "sound management" is a phrase used to describe a practical situation, plan or control. Sound management often relates to environmental controls and the capable implementation of chemical or waste removal.
